Delete Your World Spa Account

This page explains how to delete your account in The World Spa app (Google Play and App Store), published by THEWORLDSSPA LLC (World Spa), and what happens to your data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open The World Spa app and sign in.
2. On the Journey tab, tap the profile icon next to BOOK NOW.
3. Tap Edit Profile.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my World Spa account”. We may ask you to confirm the request. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your guest profile: name, contact details, address and preferences.
• Your sign-in sessions on all devices.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of your orders, payments, invoices and passes, which we must keep for legal, tax and accounting purposes, for as long as those rules require. After that they are deleted.
• Deleting your app account does not cancel a World Spa membership or gift certificate. To change your membership, contact us.
